Qualifications :
-A graduate of AB/BS Psychology
-Average in both oral and written English skills
-Above average analytical and comprehension skills
-at least a year exp. in the same capacity
-Knowledgeable in HR functions, specifically in Recruitment and Employee
*Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Screening of applicants according to acceptable hiring requirements.
- Schedule applicants for interview and job offer.
- Conducts preliminary interview and makes recommendations
- Dissemination of information to all interviewed applicants regarding application status through email
- Summarizes monthly hiring result and prepares applicants survey
- Presents job offer and pre-employment requirement checklist to qualified applicants
- Prepares employment contract for newly hired employees
*Employee Relations*
- Informs the General Manager with regard to probationary employee who is subject for end of contract
- Prepares employment contract for employees who are recommended for regularization
- Creates, updates and monitors the 201 files of all employee and conducts Exit Interviews
- Implements programs, processes and policies that enhance the work environment based on the Employee Handbook
- Issues Memo/Warnings to employees with regard to any company violations
- Develops and/or executes the workforce plans to ensure that the department is properly aligned with the company's objectives
